
CREATE 21 Canada offers 11 Live Instructor-Led Lessons, demonstrations via the Internet, homework, break-out rooms, e-mail access to all instructors and an on-line resource library. CREATE 21 is taken on your computer. The lessons are approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours each.

PART I - 11 Instructor Led Lessons:
Lesson 0 – Classroom Orientation
This lesson shows the student how to participate in the Central Symposium platform and how to use the interactive tools that are used for on-line education as well as discusses the course schedule, content, and student resources available.
Lesson 1 – Perspectives on a Career in Real Estate
This lesson addresses what the student should expect on a daily basis and how to begin establishing themselves within the local real estate community. Agents will learn about leadership skills, studying how people absorb information and Quality Service concepts.
Lesson 2 – Business Plan
The second lesson gives a structured outline enabling agents to establish their financial goals and develop a written business plan towards achieving those goals. No class is scheduled on the following day as the student is tasked to complete the Agent Financial Tools business plan and bring the results to the next class.
Lesson 3 – Target Marketing
In this segment the student will learn the main types of target marketing, an understanding of the advantages and rationale for choosing a target market and the tools needed to cultivate their target market.
Lesson 4 – Introduction to Prospecting: Understanding Buyers and Sellers
Students will gain an understanding of the emotional impact on the buyer and the seller, and understand the psychology of the buyer and seller as well as learn applications of adding repetitive touches to their client data base.
Lesson 5 – Expired Listings
Students will learn what approach to use when prospecting owners whose homes have expired, and come to understand that these owners may still have a present need to list and sell their homes.
Lesson 6 – FSBOs, Canvassing and Referrals
This lesson deals with techniques when working with FSBOs (For Sale By Owners), when canvassing for listings, and how to place referrals in the Century 21 Global Referral Network.
Lesson 7 – Listing Presentation I
In Part I of the Listing Process, the student will learn the importance of listing marketable homes, how to use the home inspection to gather important pre-presentation information, how to structure a comparative market analysis and how to design their professional marketing portfolio.
Lesson 8 – Listing Presentation II
This lesson delves into how to present an effective marketing presentation through a comprehensive examination of the CENTURY 21 tools. Students will explore the CENTURY 21 options that are available at their fingertips to create a high impact presentation – one that will assist them to list and sell more properties…and to make more money!
Lesson 9 – Buyer I
Students will discover the advantages and disadvantages of working with buyers and how to effectively convert incoming calls into appointments, as well as how to conduct the initial buyer interview. Review activities for conducting an Open House and a variety of necessary safety considerations.
Lesson 10 – Buyer II
This lesson deals with the actual step-by-step process of home selection, eliminating buyer confusion, presenting and negotiating offers, and managing all the details in between.
Lesson 11 – CENTURY 21 - The Local Experts
This section gives an overview of the award levels agents can achieve, and offers a comprehensive look at the CENTURY 21 Connections program and the CENTURY 21 Learning System.
Coaching and Accountability
In this segment students will discuss challenges with the CENTURY 21 tools and systems available to them, review progress with personal portfolio, share successes – production and activity.
PART II - Web-Based Training (WBT):
One of the biggest advantages of CLS is the 24 hour, 7 day accessibility of our self-paced, web based training (WBT) programs. These programs, in total, can be considered your personal research library. Subscribers to CLS gain access to nearly 200 web based programs that they can take at any time and any place they have an internet connection.
Students are required to take a minimum of three of the following recommended classes:
1. Introduction to E-greetings
Learn how to use the CENTURY 21 E-greetings tool to stay in touch with your client base.
2. Agent Financial Tools – Tutorial
This self-paced, single module class is designed to provide an overview of the entire Agent Financial Tools platform. At the end of the tutorial the participant will be able to:
• Describe the importance of budgeting one's business and personal expenses
• Describe the importance of business planning
• Recognize the value of the AFT platform
• Complete each component of the AFT Platform
• Use the Agent Financial Tools as a regular part of his or her business
3. Life @ Home – Build Your First Newsletter
Learn how to customize and use the CENTURY 21 electronic newsletter to stay in touch with your client database.
4. Practical Real Estate Photography
This course will show you how to use photography to market your listing inventory more effectively!
5. Anatomy of a House – Basics
This course will cover basic anatomical structures of a residential building and help you to better understand the product that you help to sell.
6. Follow-up Communications (Virtual Solutions Series Class)
Every successful real estate professional knows the importance of keeping customers for life. But, did you know that 52% of homeowners said that they would use the same real estate sales associate again IF they could remember their name? Attend this session to learn how you can use the CENTURY 21 Preferred Client Club (PCC) and the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Survey (QSS) to keep your clients coming back to you.
7. Tools and Systems – New Version
This course will introduce to the user all of the tools and systems offered by CENTURY 21.
PART III - The Final Exam (WBT)
The final segment of the CREATE 21 Canada program is the final exam. This exam is on-line and must be taken within six weeks from the class start date. The student is required to achieve a minimum grade of 75%; however, a student may try again if they are unsuccessful on their first attempt.
Certificate of Completion
Once all three segments have been successfully completed, a CREATE 21 Canada - Certificate of Completion will be issued to the student upon providing the Training Coordinator with a copy of their transcript.
