To make a transaction firm up quickly, you collected job letters, copy of the offer and listing. Sometimes you accompany your clients to the Bank to make sure to get their financing faster. Isn't that how it goes? I know, I did it, we all did it.
You probably know that Mortgage Broker collects from Lending Institution about 1% in commissions. That is $3,000.00.
No matter what commission split you choose, we will credit 50% of the money collected from Lending Institutions to your account to compensate your cost to the office to 0, which translate in to:
100% commission with no cost to you.
There is no better deal anywhere and is not about commission splits.
